About the book

An overprotective brother. A lethal older hero. A killer who’s too close for comfort…

Gemma’s only crime is wanting a normal date—without her big brother Tristan scaring off every man she meets. But the one man Tristan can’t intimidate? His own former commanding officer: Ben Davidson.

Ben is older. Lethal. The kind of man who never shies away from danger—or from Gemma’s sassy charm. He’s not looking for a relationship, but when Ben discovers a deadly killer is targeting Gemma, protecting her soon means crossing not just lines of friendship, but lines of his own heart.

Now, every step could be their last, and falling for the wrong person might be the most dangerous thing of all…

A spicy and suspenseful standalone, Smoky Mountain Murder is book 1 in the now complete Foggy Mountain Intrigue series.
